How does it work?
Like everything in a good business, it starts with a clear brief. A brief has to be taken as well as given, and I am happy to invest a few hours upfront with you to talk about your business and see where we can start to make improvements.
This could cover your organisational structure, how you forecast and budget, how your operational procedures take place, your approach to recruitment and incentivising your people and all aspects of the design and communications within your business.
After this first meeting I will prepare a written brief, summarising what we’ve discussed, outlining the priorities to be addressed and explaining the approach that we can take together, with me guiding the process.
We can take on a single project or a few simultaneously, with the focus on what will deliver the biggest increase in profitability, over both the short and long term. We’ll agree budgets, timescales, deadlines and responsibilities.
Once we kick off, we can consult with the key people in your business and involve them in the process. I’ll help source and select external suppliers where required, and I can take on project work myself where my skills are most appropriate.
We’ll measure the current situation, and track your performance as we implement new projects, processes or initiatives, measuring everything as accurately as possible to assess the improvements and adjust things to perfect these results.
